Our Process

Inspection

We begin by inspecting the current state of your property. This provides us with insight on how to clean your property in the best and safest way.

Prep Work

Afterward, we ensure vehicles are removed or pulled back, and doors and windows are completely closed before we start power washing.

Cleaning

We start power washing your property with our industrial-grade pressure washer. Using the proper attachments, surface cleaners, and water pressure enables us to get the job done without damaging your property. Depending on the state of your property, we may use outdoor bleach to loosen up areas with black spot lichen. Following the power washing, we rinse off the areas we just cleaned.

Inspection

Once all the cleaning is done, we conduct a final inspection to ensure nothing was missed and that your property is thoroughly cleaned.

Cleanup

We remove all of our materials and clean up the areas where we were working around your home by air blowing, sweeping, and raking, leaving your home spotless.

Maintenance

Cleaning is not a one-time occurrence. We discuss ongoing maintenance options that allow you to keep your property in tip-top shape all year round.
