This happens over the phone or through email to better understand your home and your needs

We craft an estimate detailing the type of work that will be done, along with the cost associated with each service, and send it documented via email

We arrange a time to complete our services that works around your schedule. *Please note that we will notify you if you will need to be home or not when we schedule the service.

We typically start our workday at your home with a meet & greet followed by answering any questions you may have, providing an overview of the job, and having you move your car, close windows, or move furniture before we start working

Then we get to work using our own tools, working safely, and providing a very detailed job.

Once the job is completed thoroughly, we ensure we clean up after ourselves. No one likes clean gutters with a messy flower bed.

Once we are satisfied with our work and clean up, we reconnect with you to walk through the completed work. As we complete our walkthrough, we also provide suggestions on how to best maintain your home moving forward along with anything worth noting that we run across.

Once we have received your stamp of approval, we process the payment for the work that was completed (cash, check, or bank transfer).

Cleaning is not a one-time occurrence. We discuss ongoing maintenance options that allow you to keep your home in tip-top shape all year round.
